Cover and inside pages must be sent in 2 separate PDF files.

  WHAT IS "BLEED"?

“Bleed” is a printing term that refers to printing that goes to the edge of the sheet after trimming.
The purpose of a bleed is to continue a color, image or design to the edge of the final product.
Our standard bleed size is a minimum of 2mm.

We require all files to be built to the full bleed dimension specified for each product.

PREPARE YOUR FILE WITH SPOT UV AND STAMP FOIL

Hot foil stamping uses heat and metallic film in a specialty printing process that produces a shiny
  design on paper.

Colors Avaliable: Gold, Silver, Blue Green, Magenta, Lazer

Turnaround time may extend due to days added from extra finishing selected for each order.

*Please note that all files for finishing such as spot UV, stamp foil, folding, hole punch and round
corner must be prepared in a vector format for production purposes.

PREPARE YOUR FILE WITH ROUND CORNER(S)

Round Corner is a semi-circular cut applied to the corner of the paper to give the printed material
a unique look. Round corners can be applied to up to 4 corners. (6mm Radius)

Turnaround time may extend due to days added from extra finishing selected for each order.

*Please note that all files for finishing such as spot UV, stamp foil, folding, hole punch and round
corner must be prepared in a vector format for production purposes.

PREPARE YOUR FILE WITH HOLE PUNCH

Hole Punching is a circular cut applied to the paper in a selected area. This can be used to transform
  cards into tags. (3mm Radius)

Turnaround time may extend due to days added from extra finishing selected for each order.

*Please note that all files for finishing such as spot UV, stamp foil, folding, hole punch and round
corner must be prepared in a vector format for production purposes.

  PREPARE YOUR FILE WITH FOLDING

The folding process presses a rule onto the paper mechanically to facilitate a fold without cracks.

There are 3 types of folds used:

Bi - Fold - A single paper fold in the center.

Z - Fold - A paper fold represented by back and forth folds into three panels.

Wallet - A fold where a 3 panel piece has both side sections folded inward, one on top of the other.
Each section is approximately 1/3 the length of the piece.

Turnaround time may extend due to days added from extra finishing selected for each order.

*Please note that all files for finishing such as spot UV, stamp foil, folding, hole punch and round
corner must be prepared in a vector format for production purposes.

Always check your print ready file thoroughly. Here’s a checklist of what to look for before you upload.

  1. Typing Mistakes

      - Be sure to check for any mistakes before you upload.

      -
Text created in Illustrator must be outlined and text created in Photoshop must be flattened.

      -
Together Production will not be responsible for any typing errors created by any typing

mistake or missing fonts.

  2. Art placement

     - Bleed area: Artwork must have a 2mm bleed area past the trimmed edges.
Your graphic size will be 1/4" larger than the final trim size.

     - Safe zone:
Maintain all vital information on your print job within a safe zone of 2mm inside the
                        final
trim line of your print job. This will ensure that any key information such as
phone numbers or text will not be affected by trimming fluctuations.

  3. Color

     - All files must be set in CMYK not RGB or PANTONE colors.

  4. File Format

     -
Together Production accepts PC friendly files ONLY.

     - Illustrator files must have all linked files embedded and all fonts and transparencies

converted to outlines.

     - Illustrator Transparencies can create unintended screening and other unpredictable problems.
All printing errors that occur due to the use of un-flattened transparencies or un-outlined fonts

will not be refunded.

     -
Together Production does not accept the following PC files:
Quark/Quark Express, Pagemaker, Publisher, Power Point

5. Sending Your File

     -
Do not send self extracting or self executing files, we will not open them.

     - Please send an individual, clearly named file for the front and an individually named file for the
       back of your print job.

   6. Color proofing and matching

     -
Together Production cannot be held responsible for matching colors or ink densities on electronic

JPEG previews approved by customers. JPEG previews can be used to help display layout, text

accuracy, and image placement and proportion, but not color or density.

     - It is the client’s responsibility to review the final uploaded file and layout of all orders prior to actual

upload. Once the final file has been uploaded and the order is confirmed by the client, no further

changes can be made to that order.

     - Please review the final proof carefully prior to completing your order. Together Production will not

accept responsibility for typographical errors, errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, graphics,
fonts or content. Together Production will not be held responsible for client errors in finished
product sizes, wrong cuts, or missing or incorrect folds.
